WHY DO I NEED A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

IS THERE A CONTRACT?

Yes, there is a written agreement.  All agreements require a credit card on file and payment one month in advance.  One-time special projects are quoted at a flat fee, and require full payment in advance when the  duration of the project is one month or less.  Monthly packages do not incur cancellation fees or any penalties for cancellation. If you ever need more hours for a specific project or during a particular month, simply let us know. 

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN OR ADDITIONAL COSTS?

No, your monthly retainer, usable hours,  or  per-project fee covers office space and equipment. This includes any required scanning, emailing, data input, faxing, and unlimited calls throughout the USA.  

DO I HAVE TO TRAIN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

There is no training required on your part. But since we love to do things YOUR way, it is a great idea for you to explain to us how you would like your tasks completed. This may be as simple as a document with instructions, or a screen recording video with instructions. We are super-faster learners with years of experience. Most clients find they spend around an hour on coaching, then provide ongoing feedback! 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY TASKS BE COMPLETED?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity and urgency of each task or project. For time-sensitive projects, a deadline will be agreed upon before work commences. We are committed to delivering all tasks on or before agreed upon deadlines. Simple tasks can usually be  completed within a few to 24 hours.    

IS THE QUALITY OF THE TELEPHONE LINE ALWAYS GOOD?

Our phone system is Voice Over IP (VoIP). We maintain state of the art VoIP telephones and a dedicated internet connection.  

HOW DO YOU MANAGE CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECT PRIVACY?

All of our software programs are HIPAA compliant. We have Business Associate Agreements (BAA) in place with all vendor associates. This includes G-Suite and our VoIP provider. We use McAfee Total Protection to maintain internet firewalls, access protection, and restriction policies. We keep physical security of our office spaces, and undergo annual Information Security Training. Your personal information is always 100% secure.
